Darling’s Beltline, LLC was founded by Wayne C. Darling in 1986 for the purpose of providing the best quality outdoor power equipment products to his community. Together, with his son, Wayne set out not only to provide quality new product to customers, but also to offer unmatched service for most every brand of outdoor power equipment on the market. For over 34 years, Darling’s has provided a full-line of Cub Cadet, Troy Bilt, Red Max and other brands of outdoor power equipment while also specializing in warranty service for all MTD branded products, including Honda Engines, Briggs Engines, Kohler Engines, Kawasaki Engines, Tecumseh Engines, LCT Engines, Cub Cadet, Poulan, WeedEater, Ryobi, RedMax, Jonsered, Homelite, TroyBilt, White, Generac, Yard Machines, Yard-Man, Husqvarna, Murray and many other popular brands.
Shortly after starting Darling’s Beltline LLC, Wayne saw a need in the area for a knowledgeable source for swimming pool products, chemicals and accessories, so he began offering these items to his customers as well. As the pool side of Darling’s Beltline LLC grew, customers began requesting swimming pool services. In 1995, Wayne entered a working relationship with Jeff DiGiuseppe of Blue Water Pool Service.
This relationship allowed the pool department within Darling’s Beltline to now provide the same full-circle, product-to-services offering to the customer that the Power Equipment side of the business had been offering for years. Currently, the partnership of Darling’s Beltline and Blue Water Pool Service provides a full range of services, as well as a full-line of chemicals, filters, pumps, toys, games and inflatable products.
Wayne has transitioned from serving the nation for nearly 30 years as a Clerk in the National Guard to serving the community at Darling’s Beltline. And from day one, it has been Wayne’s desire and continues to be the desire of the Darling’s Beltline team to set themselves apart from the large “box stores” by providing a traditional, downtown-store quality of service to their customers. From the purchase of a new Cub Cadet Lawn tractor, to the repair of a customer’s 20-year old snow blower, to the analysis of swimming pool water, Darling’s Beltline customers experience the care and support only found at a local, family-owned business.
